Year 6 to 7

If your child is current in year 6 and you would like to apply for a place in September 2022, please complete the form for the local authority in which you live. If you live in the Swindon area, please click on this link.

It is possible to apply from 1 September 2021. The deadline for applications is 31 October 2021. We are hosting an open evening on Wednesday 29 September 2021.

When St Joseph’s are oversubscribed priority is given as detailed in the admissions policy. This includes Catholic children. If you wish to apply under these grounds, please complete the form and send in a copy of your child’s baptism certificate or holy communion certificate. It is also possible to complete this on line by clicking this link.

All applications from the designated feeder schools are considered equally by the governing body.

 

Applications to Year 7 to 11

If you wish to apply for a place in current year 7 to 11, please do so by clicking on this link. Alternatively, if you wish to complete a hard copy form, please contact the College office for a form or click here to print.

The governors meet regularly throughout the year to consider applications. The dates of the meetings are available here.

The governors may also hold extraordinary admissions meetings as required.

We aim to let you know whether or not a place has been allocated in writing as soon as possible following the meeting.

Please note, if you apply for a place we will inform the local authority as to whether we were able to offer a place or not. It is possible to apply for other secondary schools in the area by following this link.
